Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Visora ("the app"), provided by Ivan Gordiichuk, Kyiv, Ukraine ("we", "us").

Installing the app means accepting these terms.

What the app does

The app reads your Shopify store and reports problems with its SEO, performance and structured data. It is a diagnostic tool. It makes no changes to your store, your theme or your content — it holds only read permissions and could not change them if it tried.

What you are responsible for

Acting on the findings. The app tells you what it found and where; deciding whether and how to change anything is yours, as is testing that change. We recommend duplicating a theme before editing it.

Keeping your Shopify account secure, including the optional collaborator request code you may share with us.

What we do not promise

Rankings. No one can promise a search position, and we do not. The app reports measurable technical conditions; what Google does with them is Google's.

That third-party measurements are always available. Scores come from Google's PageSpeed Insights API. When Google is slow, rate-limits us, or has no Chrome traffic for your page, the app says so rather than inventing a number.

Uninterrupted service. We aim to keep the app running and will not deliberately break it, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at these prices.

AI features

On plans that include them, and only after you switch them on, the app sends public storefront text to Anthropic, and questions you choose to OpenAI. AI output is generated text: it can be wrong, and it is a suggestion rather than a finding. Check anything you plan to act on.

Each plan carries a monthly ceiling on AI spend. If a store reaches it, AI features pause until the next month while everything else keeps working.

Billing

All charges go through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. We never take payment directly and never ask for card details.

Plans are billed monthly and renew until cancelled. Changing or cancelling a plan is done in the app, or by uninstalling it. Shopify's billing rules govern proration and refunds; where they conflict with anything here, Shopify's rules win.

Monthly quotas reset on the calendar month and do not carry over.

Fair use

The quotas in each plan are the limits. Automating the app to run beyond them, reselling its output as a standalone service, or scraping stores you do not own or have permission to audit, are all outside these terms.

Competitor benchmarking is for publicly reachable pages, at a volume a normal person browsing would produce. It is not a crawling tool.

Your data

Handled as described in the Privacy Policy. In short: no customer or order data is collected, AI processing is opt-in, and everything is deleted when Shopify tells us your store is gone.

Ending it

You may uninstall at any time; billing stops per Shopify's rules and your data is deleted after Shopify's redaction request arrives.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or abuses the service, and will tell you why.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost rankings or lost data arising from changes you made to your store.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means accepting them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where we are established, and any dispute is heard in the courts of Kyiv.

Nothing here removes a right you hold under the law of the country you live in, where that law does not allow it to be removed. Merchants in the EEA and the United Kingdom keep their data-protection rights whichever law is chosen above.
